Hotel Szary Residence in Michałowice hosts company picnics near Krakow for 20 to 200 guests – 12 km from Krakow’s Main Square, about a 20-minute drive. Your group gets our garden on Gródek Hill with a panoramic view of Krakow, a volleyball court, badminton, a relaxation area and space for outdoor games. When looking for a company picnic venue in Krakow or just outside the city, companies usually need two things: a large outdoor space and an indoor backup in case of rain. The hotel grounds cover 11 hectares on Gródek Hill, 302 metres above sea level. We host outdoor company events here – from an intimate BBQ for a single team to a garden party for 200 guests. Company groups can use:

- a volleyball court and a badminton field
- a campfire area
- the Grill House – 60 m², up to 50 guests, underfloor heating, sound system, open all year round
- a wooden terrace for the picnic and the evening party

Thanks to the Grill House and the restaurant rooms, your outdoor company event doesn’t depend on the weather – if it rains, we move it indoors at no extra cost.
Company BBQ in the garden – meat and vegetarian grill menu
Our chef prepares the company BBQ on site in the garden, and dishes are served as a buffet outdoors or indoors.

Family day company picnic with activities for children
Family picnics are an increasingly popular choice for companies – employees come with their partners and children. Hotel Szary Residence is ready for a company family day: a fenced playground with a trampoline, sandpit and playhouses, an indoor play corner, a children’s menu at Szary Restaurant, colouring books and high chairs. Children can also visit the stables and horses, and older kids can try horse riding under an instructor’s supervision.
Company picnic with overnight stay
A picnic doesn’t have to end at 10 p.m. The hotel has 100 beds in 39 air-conditioned rooms, so guests can stay overnight and enjoy a buffet breakfast in the morning. For company groups we offer group rates, early check-in and extended breakfast hours. After a day at the picnic, guests can also relax in the wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi.

- Offer with a quote – within an hour of talking through your needs and expectations.
- Booking and payment – a contract, an order or an email agreement with a pro forma invoice. Deposit; payment by bank transfer, card or cash: in advance, on the day of the event or with deferred payment.
- Details, menu and programme – up to 2 weeks before the date we send you a booking summary to approve; the number of guests is confirmed up to 7 days before the event.
- Event with a dedicated manager – support the day before, on the day and afterwards (feedback, settlement, logistics).
