Piknik firmowy w ogrodzie
Company Integration
You work with people: you attend live meetings, online consultations or simply reply to emails, in other words: you are constantly in contact with others. For many project teams from various industries, communication turns out to be key. Building communication skills, bonds, and motivation among employees is one of the most important factors in employee integration. Hotel Szary Residence is a special place for integration events in Małopolska: here you will find a space conducive to relaxation, outdoor activities, and business meetings. We organize traditional corporate integration as well as integration events for companies in the form of games, workshops, or other unusual attractions, which make sure that employee integration will be remembered for a long time! Check how we can diversify integration meetings for companies and their employees!
You will find the menu in the attachments, and below is information about attractions and integrations.
Imprezy firmowe w restauracji i Domku Grillowym
Sale konferencyjne i szkolenia
Company Christmas Eve
On special request, we can also prepare a Christmas or New Year's meeting without holiday elements, for example in a themed form (casino, disco, banquet). We invite you to make reservations!
Geocaching — an outdoor adventure game for your corporate team-building event
Geocaching is an outdoor adventure game that uses maps, compasses, GPS devices, and a variety of sometimes unusual tools.
The goal is for each team to find all the hidden checkpoints scattered throughout the terrain and collect clues that will lead them to the final cache — containing a symbolic reward for every successful explorer.
Forest of Crime
Your objective is clear: discover the truth and ensure that the real criminal is brought to justice. There’s no predefined path — the investigation is in your hands. This is your crime unit. Your choices.
And the prosecutor is waiting…

Headspace – Outdoor Reset for the Overworked
An outdoor workshop designed to show how conscious rest can improve both your quality of life and performance at work.
During the session, participants take a mindful walk, build a symbolic brain from natural materials like bark, moss and leaves, explore body and mind awareness, learn simple stress-reduction techniques, and tame the mental buzz.
All of this in a relaxed, open atmosphere — with space for reflection, a bit of laughter, and a breath of fresh air for the mind.
