§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://www.szaryresidence.pl/
    and is effective from 21.05.2025.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking actions at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending a newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – request to complete a survey or answer a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social media (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. If consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the conditions of the given consent.
  3. If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after this period information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract performance, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services from software and IT system maintenance companies with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements cover data processing and confidentiality rules. These data are not disclosed and none of these companies have the right to process data other than as specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may be processed solely for the purpose of proper service provision.
