We host corporate Christmas parties for companies from Krakow and the region – for 10 to 130 guests, always in a private room, with free parking (90 car spaces and 4 coach bays) and the option to stay overnight at the hotel. Our traditional Polish Christmas Eve dinner (Wigilia) starts at PLN 119 per person incl. VAT. A party in the restaurant rooms can last until midnight, and a Christmas party with dancing in the Grill House – until 3 a.m.
Christmas party in Krakow and the surrounding area
A company Christmas dinner with us can take one of two forms: formal – with the Christmas wafer (opłatek), wishes and a traditional menu served at the table – or relaxed, with a buffet, a DJ and dancing until the early hours. Every corporate Christmas party includes:
- a private room,
- tables set with white tablecloths, flowers and candles,
- a Christmas tree, hay under the tablecloth, the Christmas wafer and festive music,
- professional table service,
- unlimited homemade dried-fruit kompot, coffee, tea, juices and water,
- dishes for guests with special diets or allergies – at no extra cost,
- free parking for 90 cars and 4 coaches, plus Wi-Fi,
- space for a DJ and room setup to suit your ideas.

We offer five menu options – from a traditional Christmas Eve dinner served at the table to a buffet with dancing until the morning. All dishes are prepared on site by the Szary Restaurant kitchen. Prices are per person; gross prices include VAT.

Traditional Christmas Eve – PLN 119 / 139 incl. VAT
Served: mushroom soup with łazanki pasta, breaded carp fried in butter (150 g pp, in the PLN 139 option), potatoes with butter and dill. On platters: pierogi with sauerkraut and mushrooms (5 pcs pp), sauerkraut with peas, red cabbage with apple. Dessert: poppy seed cake with crumble and vanilla sauce.
Traditional Christmas Eve Plus – PLN 169 / 179 incl. VAT
Served: red borscht with mushroom dumplings (uszka); a choice of breaded carp fried in butter, baked cod loin in flaked almonds with lemon sauce, or sous-vide salmon fillet in pomegranate sauce (150 g pp), with potatoes; Christmas cheesecake with orange. On platters: pierogi with sauerkraut and mushrooms and potato-and-cheese pierogi ruskie (5 pcs each pp), łazanki pasta with poppy seeds, dried fruit and nuts, sauerkraut with peas, fried cabbage with mushrooms.
Christmas Eve Feast – PLN 189 / 199 incl. VAT
In tureens and on platters on the table: mushroom soup with łazanki pasta, red borscht with uszka; breaded carp fried in butter, roast halibut steak with herb butter or salmon fillet baked with cinnamon, cloves, anise, honey and cranberries (150 g pp), with potatoes; pierogi with sauerkraut and mushrooms and pierogi ruskie (5 pcs each pp), sauerkraut with peas, red cabbage salad with cranberries; poppy seed roll with raisins and rum, cheesecake with orange. Two starters of your choice: Greek-style fish, country-style herring, Polish vegetable salad, tuna salad.
Christmas Banquet – PLN 239 incl. VAT
Two soups served: red borscht with uszka, cream of wild mushroom soup with herb yoghurt and puff pastry sticks. Three mains of your choice (on platters): carp fried in butter, salmon baked with winter spices and cranberries, cod loin in a crumb crust with lemon sauce, pierogi with sauerkraut and mushrooms, pierogi ruskie – with sides. Cold buffet: Polish vegetable salad, wild mushroom pâté, herring with red onion and cranberries. Desserts: poppy seed cake with crumble, lime and apple, Christmas cheesecake with orange.
Christmas party until morning in the Grill House – PLN 299 incl. VAT
An unconventional company Christmas party for groups of 20 to 50: a festive buffet, unlimited drinks (coffee, tea, water, juices, soft drinks, beer, wine, kompot), Christmas decorations, a heated room and a sound system until 3 a.m. Soup of your choice: white borscht with bay boletes and peas, or red borscht with uszka. Hot buffet: pierogi with sauerkraut and mushrooms and pierogi ruskie, carp fried in butter, sous-vide salmon in pomegranate sauce, potatoes, sauerkraut with peas, łazanki pasta with poppy seeds. Cold buffet: Polish vegetable salad, mushroom pâté, herring with cranberries. Desserts: cheesecake with orange, poppy seed cake, poppy seed roll.

Coffee, tea, juices, water and kompot are included in every package. Other drinks can be served unlimited, charged by consumption or – if you bring your own alcohol – with a corkage fee of PLN 25 per person incl. VAT.

We match the room to the number of guests and the style of the event. A Christmas party in the restaurant always takes place in a private room and can last until midnight. Each hour after 10 p.m. is charged at PLN 250 incl. VAT.

Christmas party with hotel accommodation
Something a restaurant in Krakow’s city centre can’t offer: after dinner, nobody has to travel back to town late at night. Your company Christmas party at Szary Residence can end with a night in one of our 39 air-conditioned rooms (100 beds) and a buffet breakfast together, included in the room rate. If you book all the rooms, your group has the whole hotel to itself – from PLN 16,000 incl. VAT per night, breakfast included. Guests can also use the wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi.

- Date enquiry – by phone or email: date, number of guests, whether you need accommodation. December Fridays book up fastest.
- Offer and room booking – we send you an offer and hold the date.
- Contract and deposit – 30% deposit, the balance by bank transfer within 7 days after the event; invoice with a description tailored to your company’s requirements.
- Menu, drinks and details – choice of package and fish, special diets, room setup, activities; on request we help arrange transport from Krakow.
- The party – a hotel event coordinator on hand all evening, settlement after the event.

Holiday or New Year party without Christmas traditions
Not every company wants a traditional Christmas Eve dinner – especially international teams. We can also host a holiday party without Christmas Eve elements: as a banquet, a disco night or a casino night. In January we organise New Year parties. Menu and programme are tailored individually.
St Nicholas Day (Mikołajki) for employees
We can organise a St Nicholas Day event for employees and their children on request – for example as an afternoon with refreshments at Szary Restaurant or as part of your company Christmas party. Programme, menu and price are agreed individually with your event coordinator.
