Szary S.C. Elżbieta Szary and Mirosław Szary is implementing a project co-financed by the European Funds entitled:
“Diversification and Strengthening of Resilience of the SZARY s.c. Elżbieta Szary, Mirosław Szary Enterprise implemented in the Małopolska Voivodeship.”
Project Objective:
The aim of the project is to increase the resilience of the “SZARY” s.c. enterprise to crisis situations by expanding its scope of activities and introducing new services. The project will enable diversification of revenue sources, increase competitiveness, and strengthen the company’s stability in changing market conditions.
Project Scope:
The project involves the purchase of new fixed assets, advisory services, and training in three areas:
- Commercial and outdoor catering,
- Training and tasting events (for chefs, baristas, and bartenders),
- Bicycle rental and organization of cycling trips.
- Consultancy in business model analysis and development,
- Staff training in customer service psychology within the HoReCa sector.
Target Group:
The project is aimed at current and future clients of the “SZARY” hotel and restaurant, as well as tourists and participants in gastronomic and recreational events.
Implementation Period:
From September 1, 2024, to November 30, 2025.

Expected Outcomes:
The project will contribute to:
- Increasing the company’s resilience to crisis situations,
